AUBURN HILLS, Mich., June 10 (UPI) -- The Detroit Pistons are hanging on to the 25th pick in the June 26 draft after reaching an agreement with the Sacramento Kings on Tuesday.

The Pistons also owns the second pick, a selection previously obtained from the Memphis Grizzlies.

Detroit and Sacramento owed each other future first-round picks for past deals. But Tuesday's deal, in which a future first-round pick was conveyed to the Kings, evened things out.

The pick that the Pistons owed the Kings passed through a number of teams. Sacramento owed the Pistons a first-round pick before 2008 to finalize a deal that sent Jon Barry to Detroit for Mateen Cleaves.
