Bulls put Fizer on injured list

CHICAGO, Feb. 1 (UPI) -- The Chicago Bulls Saturday placed power forward Marcus Fizer on the injured list with a right knee sprain.

Fizer suffered the injury while running down the court with 3:28 remaining in the Bulls' 107-94 loss at Portland on Friday. He is averaging 11.7 points and 5.7 rebounds per contest but had been playing well of late, scoring at least 16 points in five of the Bulls' previous seven contests, including 17 on Friday.

In a related move, Chicago activated center Dalibor Bagaric, who had missed the last 17 games with left knee tendinitis. Bagaric is averaging 2.0 points and 2.7 rebounds in just three games this season.
