Oakland Raiders -- Can clinch AFC West division with a win or tie and a San Diego loss. Can clinch playoff spot with a win and a loss by either Miami, New England, Tennessee or Indianapolis.
AFC South
Tennessee Titans -- Can clinch AFC South division with a win and an Indianapolis loss. Can clinch a playoff spot with a win.
Indianapolis Colts -- Can clinch playoff spot with a win and a Miami loss or tie; or a win and a New England loss or tie; or a win and a Denver loss or tie.
NFC East
Philadelphia Eagles - Have clinched NFC East title. Can clinch home-field advantage throughout the playoffs with a win and a Green Bay loss and a Tampa Bay loss. Can clinch a first-round bye with a win and either a Green Bay or Tampa Bay loss.
NFC North
Green Bay Packers -- Have clinched NFC North division title
NFC South
Tampa Bay Buccaneers -- Have clinched playoff berth. Can clinch NFC South division with a win or tie; or a New Orleans loss or tie. Can clinch a first-round bye with a win and a Green Bay loss.
New Orleans Saints -- Can clinch playoff berth with a win and a NY Giants loss or tie; or a win and an Atlanta loss; or a tie and a NY Giants loss.
Atlanta Falcons - Can clinch playoff berth with a win and a NY Giants loss or tie; or a tie and a NY Giants loss.
NFC West
San Francisco 49ers -- Have clinched NFC West division title.
