MIYAZAKI, Japan, Nov. 23 (UPI) -- Japan's Kaname Yokoo will take a slender one-shot lead into Sunday's final round of the Dunlop Phoenix tournament after hitting a third successive sub-70 round Saturday.
Chasing him hard is Northern Irishman Darren Clarke, the first-round leader, who carded a 65 Saturday to revive his bid after a disappointing second round Friday. Clarke had two eagles at the par-71 Phoenix Country Club.
Yokoo, who shot a 69, is 13-under-par 200, with Clarke a shot back. Malaysian Zaw Moe is two further shots back after a 3-under-par 68.
Sergio Garcia of Spain also is in contention after a 69 left him 9-under, while American David Duval and England's Justin Rose are 8-under.
Tiger Woods is 5-under and eight off the pace after shooting a 2-under 69 Saturday.
