DETROIT, Nov. 3 (UPI) -- Jason Williams scored a power-play goal with 6:19 left in regulation and Curtis Joseph made 34 saves Sunday night, helping the Detroit Red Wings to a 3-3 with the Dallas Stars.

Pavel Datsyuk had a goal and assist for the Red Wings, who opened a five-game homestand.

The Stars had a pair of leads, the second of which came when Ulf Dahlen scored his second goal of the game on the power play 7 1/2 minutes into the third period to make it 3-2.

Mike Modano also scored for Dallas, which is winless in its last three games (0-1-1-1).
