Vikings' Asher Allen retires at age 24
CINCINNATI, Sept. 9 (UPI) -- The New York Mets on Monday acquired outfielder Brady Clark from the Cincinnati Reds to complete the deal involving lefthander Shawn Estes.
On Aug. 15, Estes was traded to the Reds for lefthander Pedro Feliciano, outfielder Elvin Andujar and two players to be named. Five days later, the Reds sent outfielder Raul Gonzalez as one of the players to be named.
The 29-year-old Clark batted .152 in 51 games for the Reds, including six starts.
