PHOENIX, Aug. 8 (UPI) -- This time, Erubiel Durazo helped beat the Atlanta Braves' bullpen.

Durazo singled in the go-ahead run with two outs in the bottom of the eighth inning as the Arizona Diamondbacks ended the Braves' seven-game winning streak Wednesday with a 6-3 victory.

In Tuesday's series opener, Durazo delivered an RBI double in the bottom of the ninth, when Arizona scored twice against closer John Smoltz to force extra innings. Atlanta eventually won in the 13th on Andruw Jones' solo homer.

Durazo also came through in this one, lacing a single to the right-center field gap off Darren Holmes to snap a 3-3 tie. Steve Finley followed with a ground-rule double to plate two more runs.

The hits by Durazo and Finley capped a successful night for the Diamondbacks against the Braves' bullpen, which came into the contest with a major league-best 2.27 ERA.

Three Atlanta relievers combined to allow five runs and five hits in three innings. The Braves were forced to go to the bullpen early after Greg Maddux lasted after five innings with a strained muscle in his right side.

Mike Remlinger (7-1), who allowed a leadoff single to Tony Womack in the eighth before leaving with an undisclosed injury, took the loss.

Matt Mantei (2-1) got the win, despite allowing Chipper Jones' game-tying two-run homer in the eighth.

Atlanta manager Bobby Cox was ejected in the third inning and pitching coach Leo Mazzone was tossed in the eighth.
