NEW YORK, June 27 (UPI) -- American League manager Joe Torre and National League skipper Bob Brenly announced Friday they had selected their coaching staffs for the 73rd All-Star Game, which will be played July 9 in Milwaukee.

Joining the Arizona Diamondbacks manager on the bench will be Montreal Expos skipper Frank Robinson and Jim Tracy, who manages the Los Angeles Dodgers.

In the other dugout, Mike Scioscia and Charlie Manuel, who manage the Anaheim Angels and Cleveland Indians, join Torre.

Robinson, who appeared in 14 midsummer classics as a player, served as an American League coach in 1976 and 1990. Scioscia also made an appearance as a player, but it will be his first turn as a coach. Tracy and Manuel will be participating in their first All-Star game.
