Tim Hudson pitched eight scoreless inning and Eric Chavez drove in four runs as the Oakland Athletics extended their winning streak over the Chicago White Sox to 10 games Sunday with a 10-0 victory.

Oakland won the final seven meetings with Chicago last season and dominated the first series of 2002. After recording a 6-4 victory in Friday's series opener, the A's pummeled the White Sox, 16-1, on Saturday and completed the three-game sweep with another rout.

Hudson (3-2) allowed only three hits and struck out five. He nearly pitched his second straight complete game, but Billy Koch came in to pitch the ninth inning.

Hudson has allowed just one earned run over 25 innings in his last three starts against the White Sox at Network Associates Coliseum.

Chavez had an RBI single in the third inning and added a three-run homer in the sixth to lead the offense for Oakland, which outscored Chicago 24-5 in the series.

White Sox starter Todd Ritchie (2-2) had his personal two-game winning streak snapped, surrendering seven runs -- three earned -- and eight hits while walking five in five innings.
