TORONTO, April 17 (UPI) -- Manny Ramirez tied a career high with four hits, including a two-run homer, and drove in four runs as the Boston Red Sox defeated the Toronto Blue Jays Wednesday night, 10-3, to remain perfect on the road.

Ramirez, who was 3-for-4 with a homer and three RBI against the Blue Jays on Tuesday, delivered an RBI single in a four-run first and belted his fourth homer an inning later off starter Scott Eyre (1-2) to give the Red Sox a 7-0 advantage.

It was the 12th four-hit effort for Ramirez, who also

singled in the seventh and eighth innings to help Boston improve to 5-0 on the road. The Red Sox outscored the Blue Jays, 24-6, in sweeping the two-game series.

Staked to the big lead, Darren Oliver (2-0) cruised, allowing two runs and seven hits over seven innings with a walk and three strikeouts.

Eyre was tagged for seven runs in just 1 1/3 innings and has surrendered 20 earned runs on 15 1/3 innings this season.
