TAMPA, Fla., March 2 (UPI) -- Dan Boyle got the game-winning goal with 4:14 remaining Saturday night, completing a three-goal third period and giving the Tampa Bay Lightning a 3-2 triumph over the Florida Panthers.

Acquired from Florida on Jan. 7, Boyle took a pass from Brad Richards in the slot and one-timed it over goaltender Roberto Luongo's right shoulder.

Richards and Jimmie Olvestad also scored and Nikolai Khabibulin made 24 saves for Tampa Bay, which improved to 2

0-1 since the Olympic break.

Marcus Nilson and Valeri Bure had the goals for Florida, which has lost six straight.

For the third consecutive game, the Panthers carried a lead into the final period. They have just one victory in the last 13 games (1-9-2-1).
