SACRAMENTO, Jan. 22 (UPI) -- While the Sacramento Kings got a big game from their bench, the Memphis Grizzlies were forced to start theirs.

Scot Pollard scored 14 points to lead three reserves in double figures as the Kings outclassed the Grizzlies, 112-98, for their 16th straight home victory.

Chris Webber had 24 points and 11 rebounds for the Kings, who had seven players score in double digits. Besides Pollard, Hedo Turkoglu scored 12 points and Bobby Jackson added 11.

Pollard made 7-of-11 shots and also grabbed 11 rebounds for his fourth double-double of the season. He also teamed with Webber to power an 11-2 burst at the end of the third quarter that gave Sacramento a 91-74 lead.

The Grizzlies would love to have that kind of depth. Already with center Lorenzen Wright and guard Michael Dickerson on the injured list, Memphis was without its current starting backcourt of Jason Williams and rookie Shane Battier.

Williams, a former King, came down with migraine headaches and Battier has been nursing a groin injury. They were replaced by Brevin Knight and Rodney Buford, who played well but left the bench extremely thin.

The Grizzlies' bench consisted of second-year forward Stromile Swift, rookies Will Solomon and Antonis Fotsis and veteran Nick Anderson, another former King who rarely plays.
