CHICAGO, Jan. 17 (UPI) -- Outfielders Carlos Lee and Chris Singleton avoided salary arbitration Thursday by agreeing to contracts with the Chicago White Sox.
Lee agreed to a two-year deal and Singleton accepted a one-year pact. Financial terms were not disclosed.
