ATLANTA, Dec. 27 (UPI) -- Gwen Jackson scored 20 points Thursday to lead No. 2 Tennessee to an 89-68 rout of the ninth-ranked Blue Devils in the first game of the Atlantic Coast Conference-Southeastern Conference Shootout.

Tennessee coach Pat Summitt had to wait more than two years to get a crack at Duke again. After building a 39-30 halftime advantage, the Lady Vols led by as many as 26 points in the second half.

Tennessee (9-0) has knocked off five nationally-ranked opponents with Duke (9-3) joining Louisiana Tech, Stanford, North Carolina State and George Washington.

Alana Beard led the Blue Devils, who had won six straight, with 18 points.
