SAN ANTONIO, Nov. 21 (UPI) -- Tim Duncan scored 30 points and grabbed 13 rebounds Wednesday night as the San Antonio Spurs won their sixth straight game, 110-93 over the Seattle SuperSonics.
The Spurs (8-2) shot 54 percent to improved to 6-0 at the Alamodome this season. They had not win six in a row since capturing nine straight from March 1-16, 2001.
San Antonio has not lost since dropping a contest to Sacramento on Nov. 4.
Duncan scored 16 points with six rebounds in the first quarter as the Spurs opened a 40-20 lead. With the game tied 2-2, San Antonio embarked on an 18-2 run and never led by less than double digits thereafter.
Five Spurs scored in double figures. Steve Smith and rookie Tony Parker had 13 points apiece, David Robinson added 12 and Malik Rose contributed 11 off the bench.
Gary Payton scored 17 points and Brent Barry added 13 for the SuperSonics, who had a two-game winning streak snapped. Calvin Booth, who scored a career-high 24 points in a win over Dallas on Tuesday night, was the only other player in double figures with 12.
