
MEMPHIS, Oct. 18 (UPI) -- Lorenzen Wright scored 22 points, including the go-ahead jumper with 25 seconds remaining, as the Memphis Grizzzlies remained unbeaten in exhibition play Thursday night with a 110-106 victory over the Miami Heat.
After Wright's 15-footer broke a 103-103 tie, Will Solomon made hit two free throws and Wright added one of two from the line to make it 108-103 with 6.9 seconds left.
Eddie House hit a three-pointer for Miami with 3.1 seconds left, but Solomon sealed the victory with two more foul shots.
Memphis, which had a combined 7-35 exhibition record in six seasons in Vancouver, improved to 4-0. Miami dropped to 1-3.
The Heat played without center Alonzo Mourning, who did not dress due to a quadriceps injury.
Solomon, a rookie out of Clemson, scored all 20 of his points in the second half while Stromile Swift added 14 for the Grizzlies.
House scored 24 points and Ricky Davis contributed 17 for Miami.
