PaTH selected to support disaster victims

FALLS CHURCH, Va., July 13 (UPI) -- The U.S. Federal Emergency Management Agency has contracted a DynCorp, Dewberry and Parsons partnership to provide disaster victims with housing support.

The FEMA indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity contract was awarded to Partnership for Temporary Housing LLC, a multi-company joint venture.

Under the FEMA Individual Assistance-Technical Assistance Contract III deal, PaTH will provide disaster victims with temporary housing and support. The IA-TAC III award has a potential value of $375 million.

According to a news release, PaTH will be responsible for work as part of the IA-TAC III contract, in the "western continental United States, as well as Alaska, Hawaii, Guam and American Samoa … (and will) include the provision of temporary housing and support to shelter operations in the assigned sector."
