Cyberlux was awarded a deal to provide two of its BrightEye tactical lighting systems for an evaluation by SOCOM at its Fort Bragg facility in North Carolina.
Company officials say the tactical lighting technology offers SOCOM a portable illumination system designed for rapid deployment for mission-critical operations.
"We are pleased to see SOCOM become a client of Cyberlux, and we are proud to add such an elite group of soldiers to our roster of BrightEye users," Mark Schmidt, Cyberlux president and chief executive officer, said in a statement.
"Our company's mission is to provide best-of-breed tactical illumination systems to the brave men and women of our military, and we take this very seriously, knowing that our products are used and relied on during the critical missions that keep our country safe and secure."
