SPINDALE, N.C., Sept. 5 (UPI) -- U.S. company First Choice Armor announced the launch of a new body armor technology for the military and law enforcement markets.
First Choice Armor released its new N-Force anti-ballistics vest in a move to offer a body armor vest that is more soft and flexible.
The N-Force vest features the company's Nano-Repel fabric-coating technology that officials say distributes the impact of a bullet or other ballistic threat over a greater area of the vest, effectively decreasing the force.
"FCA focuses on building products and services that offer distinct value -- and set us apart from the pack," Daniel Walsh, First Choice Armor president, said in a statement.
"N-Force is just another example of FCA's unique, functional product offering for the law enforcement and security forces community."
