CARROLLTON, Texas, July 23 (UPI) -- The U.S. Air Force has awarded a follow-on contract for B&B Armr Corp. to supply additional crash beam barriers.

Under the $350,000 add-on, Texas-based B&B will supply its Model 450A anti-terrorist barriers. Officials say the installation will take place at an unnamed Air Force base.

B&B, a subsidiary of Integrated Security Systems Inc. (OTCBB:IZZI), says the Model 450A barriers come with a K12 crash certification from the U.S. Department of State. The K12 rating provides counter-terrorism barrier protection with up to 15,000 pounds and 50 mph of force.

"A U.S. Department of State certification of K12 allows the Air Force base the ability to prevent unauthorized entry, including terrorist attacks, into their facilities and restricted areas," the release said.
