Apple under investigation in Italy for tax fraud

MILAN, Italy, Nov. 13 (UPI) -- U.S. technology giant Apple is under investigation in Italy for tax fraud, Italian news service ANSA reported Wednesday.

The company is suspected of underestimating its taxes by $1.34 billion, ANSA said.

The case involves Apple's Italian taxes for 2012 and 2011.
