Some Marzetti-brand dips are recalled

WASHINGTON, March 2 (UPI) -- The Marzetti Co. of Columbus, Ohio, has announced the U.S. and Canadian recall of various varieties of its chip dips due to possible contamination.

The U.S. Food and Drug Administration said the company initiated the recall of its Marzetti veggie dips, Oak Lake Farms chip dips and Great Value chip dips because an ingredient used in the products might be contaminated with salmonella bacteria.
