MOSCOW, Nov. 25 (UPI) -- Russia said Wednesday it had counted 11,633 cases of the H1N1 flu and 46 cities in which the disease is at epidemic levels.
Minister of Health and Social Development Tatyana Golikova said the rate of reported illness had fallen in some areas during the past week, but was still high in many others.
The rate in Moscow was down 26 percent in the past week, Golikova told the Itar-Tass news agency, and was also significantly lower in other areas that had been of concern to health officials.
