WASHINGTON, Aug. 13 (UPI) -- The U.S. Food and Drug Administration announced the recall of all Liberte-brand "Mediterranee Wild Blackberry Yogurt" because of a labeling error.
The St. Hubert, Quebec, Canada, company said the 6-ounce yogurt containers with an expiration date of "Sept 02" might contain undeclared walnuts and plums, posing a health risk for people allergic to such ingredients.
The yogurt was distributed across the United States labeled as wild blackberry yogurt. But some of the product was actually the company's plum and walnut yogurt preparation.
