Russian rocket launch delayed

MOSCOW, March 16 (UPI) -- The launch of Europe's Gravity field and steady-state Ocean Circulation Explorer was delayed Monday due to a technical glitch, space officials said.

The European Space Agency said the problem was identified and solved. The launch from Russia's Plesetsk space center was rescheduled for Tuesday.
