The FDA said the Sunny Maid Corp. of Monterey Park, Calif., is voluntarily recalling the Mr. Brown coffee mixes because they are potentially contaminated with melamine.

The recalled coffee mix products are sold in plastic bags that contain 30 individual packets manufactured in China. Although seven flavors are available in Asia, only two flavors are imported into the United States: Mandheling and Arabica. Canned Mr. Brown-brand coffee products aren't included in the recall.

The recalled coffee packets were sold in California, Florida, Georgia, Iowa, Indiana, Kansas, Kentucky, Maine, Michigan, Minnesota, North Carolina, New Mexico Nevada, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, Tennessee, Texas, Virginia, Washington and Wisconsin.
