Doctors review hemicorporectomy procedures

HOUSTON, Sept. 5 (UPI) -- U.S. space officials moved the target launch date for the Shuttle Atlantis mission to the Hubble Space Telescope back two days to Oct. 10.
The decision was made after Atlantis was rolled to the launch pad Thursday, NASA said Friday in a release. The 11-day flight will include five spacewalks to repair and upgrade the Hubble telescope.
The Shuttle Endeavour is targeted to launch Nov. 12 on a 15-day mission to deliver supplies and cargo to the International Space Station.
NASA astronaut Sandra Magnus will replace Greg Chamitoff as an Expedition 18 crew member on the station, allowing Chamitoff will return to Earth after five months in space.
