OTTAWA, Sept. 4 (UPI) -- The Canadian Food Inspection Agency announced the recall of various No Name-brand cookie dough products due to a labeling error.
The CFIA said Loblaw Companies Ltd. of Brampton, Ontario, initiated the recall because the dough contain milk that is not declared on the label, posing a health hazard for people allergic to dairy products.
Being recalled are all lot codes of No Name chocolate chip (UPI 0 60383 67338 3), chocolate-chocolate chip (UPI 0 60383 67339 0) and oatmeal chocolate chip (UPC 0 60383 67340 6) cookie dough. The products were distributed across Canada.
