The manufacturer, Grand Carnival LLC of Fenton, Mo., said the recalled "S'morestick Kits" were distributed to Garden Ridge retail stores in Texas, Kentucky, Missouri, Tennessee, Oklahoma, North Carolina, South Carolina, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Ohio, Virginia, Arkansas, Michigan and Indiana. The recalled product carries a "Use By" date of "2/14/09."

The "S'morestick Kit" is packaged in a clear plastic tube containing individual clear plastic packages of marshmallows, graham crackers, and chocolate pieces. The items being recalled do not have a "contains milk" statement following the ingredient statement. The company said there is no health risk for people who are not allergic to milk.
