Medium who treated actress investigated

AMSTERDAM, Netherlands, April 10 (UPI) -- Dutch prosecutors are investigating a 'healing medium" who allegedly kept actress Sylvia Millecam from traditional cancer treatments.

The newspaper de Volkskrant said the medium, Jomanda, told Millecam there was nothing wrong with her. Millecam died of breast cancer in 2001.

The investigation was ordered by an Amsterdam court after a complaint was filed by the Dutch Association against Quackery, Expatica said Thursday.
