Walker's, Kay's four-bean salad recalled

WASHINGTON, March 10 (UPI) -- The U.S. Food and Drug Administration announced the recall of Walker's- and Kay's-brand four-bean salad because of potential bacterial contamination.

The FDA said the Walker's Food Products Co. of North Kansas City, Mo., initiated the recall of its 16-ounce, 5-pound and 10-pound containers of four-bean salad because of potential contamination with Clostridium botulinum, a bacterium that can cause illness or death.
