JAKARTA, Aug. 27 (UPI) -- Indonesian health officials say a 28-year-old woman has died of H5N1 avian influenza in Bali.

The woman, who lived in Tabanan District in Bali Province, was a poultry trader. She developed symptoms on Aug. 14, was hospitalized four days later and died on Aug. 21.

The Ministry of Health said the woman had collected poultry from villages where outbreaks of avian influenza in poultry had occurred.

The World Health Organization said there have been 105 cases of H5N1 avian influenza, with 84 of those cases fatal.
