Vonage added to Russell 3000 Index

HOLMDEL, N.J., July 5 (UPI) -- Broadband services company Vonage announced Wednesday that it has been added to the Russell 3000 Index.

The Russell 3000 Index, which measures the performance of the 3,000 largest U.S. companies based on total market capitalization, also means that Vonage will have membership for one year and will also be automatically added to the Russell 2000 and the Russell 2500 Indexes.

"We are honored that Vonage was added to the Russell Indexes," said Vonage Chairman Jeffrey A. Citron. "Our inclusion in the Russell 3000 will increase Vonage's visibility with investors and institutions that rely on the Russell indexes as part of their investment strategy."
