SBTV.com is a Web site focused on providing news and information for small business. It features a variety of streaming video channels on different small-business topics.

A separate related SBTV poll found that 37 percent of the nearly 15,000 small-business owners who responded preferred Monster.com, followed by CareerBuilder.com with 21 percent and Yahoo! Hot Jobs at 13 percent.

The remaining poll participants chose "other" as their preferred online hiring site.

"Businesses of all sizes use online hiring tools, but small business owners depend on these sites because many do not have human resource staff dedicated to finding and screening the most qualified applicants," said Susan Wilson Solovic, chief executive officer and chairman of SBTV.com.
