NEW YORK, Dec. 1 (UPI) -- A New York judge has ruled that an insurance company must pay for a teenage boy's breast-reduction surgery, the New York Post reported Wednesday.
Manhattan Judge Barbara Jaffe ruled the surgery was "medically necessary" for the unnamed 17-year-old to lead a normal life and ordered Group Health Inc. to pay for the $5,000 procedure.
