TOKYO, Feb. 4 (UPI) -- Japan's NEC Corp. said Wednesday it has created the world's smallest mobile phone.
The Tokyo-based NEC said it will launch the card-shaped phone that is also equipped with a camera later this month in the China market, one of the most competitive mobile markets.

NEC said the new phone is ultra-compact. It is 85mm long and 54mm wide, weighing only 70 grams.
This mobile-internet phone will be equipped with a 1.8-inch TFT color display and a digital camera.
