Three well fires out in southern Iraq

WASHINGTON, March 26 (UPI) -- Defense Department officials said Wednesday that technicians from Kuwait's national oil company have extinguished three oil well fires in southern Iraq. The Kuwaitis volunteered to assist in putting out the well fires, six of which are still burning in Iraq's al-Ramallah field.
