Shuttle investigators order debris tests

CAPE CANAVERAL, Fla., March 26 (UPI) -- Space shuttle accident investigators have ordered foam debris tests to determine if Columbia's demise was due to a debris hit at liftoff, officials said Wednesday. The test results could dispute NASA inflight analysis that the debris hit was not a safety issue.
