NEW YORK, Nov. 26 (UPI) -- A joint report released Tuesday from the United Nations and the World Health Organization revealed women now account for half of all HIV/AIDS cases worldwide. Sub-Saharan Africa continues to have the highest number of people living with the disease, while China, India and Russia are facing looming explosions in cases, the report said.
