Astronomers spy twin giant black holes

HUNTSVILLE, Ala., Nov. 19 (UPI) -- Two supermassive black holes have been found orbiting each other at the center of a distant galaxy in a slow death spiral that will result in their eventual collision, astronomers said Tuesday. If future humans observe the spectacular event, they will see it unleash gigantic amounts of radiation as well as the mysterious phenomenon called gravitational waves.
