U.S. still unprepared for bioterrorism

Some $1 billion has been doled out to state and local health departments to improve their readiness to respond to a bioterror attack but experts told United Press International Friday most of the country remains woefully unprepared. While some major cities have good plans in place, rural areas lack adequate resources to respond to an attack.
