Report: Net content filters not enough

WASHINGTON, May 2 (UPI) -- Existing efforts at protecting children from online pornography, such as filtering software, are too one-dimensional and ineffective, a National Research Council panel said Thursday. A multi-pronged approach centered on education would be far better, the panel said in a report examining how to keep inappropriate content away from kids.
