TROY, N.Y., April 3 (UPI) -- An innovative approach to placing pattern on silicon chips could be the key to making molecule-sized tubes of carbon an economical building block for future products, scientists said Wednesday. Researchers at the Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute reported the development in the upcoming issue of the journal Nature.
