Robot arm problem to delay shuttle

CAPE CANAVERAL, Fla., March 22 (UPI) -- A stuck joint in the self-propelled robot manipulator aboard the International Space Station has pushed back the May space shuttle flight planned to replace the ISS crew, NASA said Friday. A separate flight next month will continue construction on the station, the agency said.
