Lawmakers, others hit Bush on energy

WASHINGTON, Feb. 7 (UPI) -- Senators and House members from both sides of the aisle joined environmental and renewable energy groups Thursday in calling on the administration to shuffle its budget priorities for energy production and conservation. Plans for oil drilling in the Arctic National Wildlife Refuge drew particularly sharp criticism from three Republican senators.
