CAPE CANAVERAL, Fla., Jan. 31 (UPI) -- Aspiring space tourist Mark Shuttleworth is finding a far friendlier reception at the Johnson Space Center in Houston this week than what the world's first fare-paying space traveler Dennis Tito encountered last year when he showed up for training for a short stay at the International Space Station. NASA and its partners now have a signed pact outlining how crews and visitors will be selected.
