Medicare HMO program on edge

WASHINGTON, Jan. 16 (UPI) -- Medicare's HMO program Medicare+Choice needs more money and other help from Congress if it is to survive, Tom Scully, administrator of the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services, said Wednesday. "We need to save the program, and if we don't, it will be gone."
