Long recovery from mass extinction seen

CAMBRIDGE, Mass., Nov. 29 (UPI) -- Harvard Medical School researchers have identified nearly all of the genes responsible for human vision. The discovery of the full set of photoreceptor genes expressed in retinal cells could provide the foundation for therapies to preserve and restore human vision.
