High tech radiation for breast cancer

CHICAGO, Nov. 26 (UPI) -- Women who undergo lumpectomy, breast sparing surgery for breast cancer, will soon have the option of highly targeted radiation therapy. Radiologists say they can deliver as much radiation in a single dose or over a few days as is delivered in six weeks of standard X-ray treatment.
