Richard Jefferson announced he would retire following the Cleveland Cavaliers' victory in Game 7 of the NBA Finals, but now wants to play multiple more seasons, according to Chris Mannix of Yahoo Sports.

With rumors swirling that the 36-year-old may join friend Luke Walton's coaching staff with the Los Angeles Lakers, Jefferson now appears to be leaning toward returning as a player. He averaged 5.5 points and 17.9 minutes while starting five of 74 games last season.
